Mountain Momma

West Virginia Mountain Momma

The State Capital...Charleston, West Virginia
Although I have traveled many places I was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia. Most people don't have a clue that West Virginia is its own state, and not the state of Virginia. West Virginia pride is strong and you will find here the nicest people in my hometown. You see in the photo above the beautiful mountains in West Virginia but did you know....Coal Is King In West Virginia! No I'm not a coal miner's daughter but I'm proud of the people that work in the coal mines to keep the lights on in America. In the United states coal accounts for approximately 50% of the electricity produced. To all the families & friends of those who have died in the coal mines nothing can bring back your love ones but do know that their work was not in vain and it has my up most respect. May God continue to make each day of your life more easier than the next, ease your pain as time goes by, and bring to your life joy? God bless you!
West Virginia Coal Miner, Brave-hearts!
